specific accomplishments:
1. Designed and developed XML based Java User Interface generator using:
| a) MS Visual J++ |
| b) MSXML xml parser |
| c) MS SAX xml parser |
This java-based User Interface generator accepts XML to specify controls on the screen, what event handlers to use, and what MS ADO Recordsets to pass into the event handlers. These MS ADO Recordsets could be bound to the control properties as specified in the XML.The User Interface generator could be used as a COM or ActiveX control in JavaScript or in Visual Basic.
2. Used sockets to enhance a network messaging system and a network file server using:
| a) CAsyncSocket class in MS Visual C++ |
| b) Socket and SocketServer classes in MS Visual J++ |
3. Created an XML library using MS XML parser in Visual J++ and created an XML Editor based on the XML library.
4. Created thin-client/server applications that passed XML via HTTP using MS Active Server Pages (ASP).
5. Created COM objects in both MS Visual C++ and MS Visual J++ and ActiveX controls using Visual J++.
